The clinic is at Charing, a village on the A20 between Ashford and Maidstone, which puts it within a reasonable drive of most of east Kent without being in any of it. That is deliberate.
Where the clinic is, and why it is there
Luxe is a single private treatment room on Towner Close, a residential street in Charing. There is no reception desk, no waiting area and nobody else in the building, and the clinic takes one client at a time. You park outside the door.
A high street unit in a town centre would be easier to find and considerably less private. Most people who ring are not nervous about the treatment, they are nervous about being seen going in for it, and a village address solves that in a way a shopfront cannot.
The towns people travel from
Charing sits on the A20 with the M20 a couple of minutes away at junction 8 or 9, so the roads out of it are good in most directions.
- AshfordThe closest town, straight up the A20 or off the M20 at junction 9 or 10.
- CanterburyOut on the A28 and A252 through Chilham, for people who would rather not be treated in the city.
- MaidstoneDown the A20 through Lenham and Harrietsham, or the M20 to junction 8.
- FavershamSouth on the A251 over the downs, or off the M2 at junction 6.
- WhitstableDown the A299 and through the downs. The longest of the regular runs.
- HytheUp the M20 from junction 11, covering Sandgate, Seabrook and the Marsh.
Those are the six with their own pages, but the clinic is not limited to them. Clients come from the villages in between and from further round the coast. If you are not sure whether you are near enough for it to be worth the trip, ring and ask, and you will get an honest answer rather than a yes.
Allow for two visits, wherever you are coming from
Nobody is treated at a first appointment here. The consultation runs about half an hour, longer if you need it, and you go home and think about it before anything is agreed. For anything prescription-only the prescriber has to see you in person first, which the prescribing regulators have required since June 2025.
If you are coming any distance, ring 01233 225684 before you book. A lot of ground can be covered on the phone, so the half hour in the room is spent on your face rather than on the basics.
Opening days
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday are 9am to 6pm. Thursday runs until 9pm, which is the slot most people who work full time use, and it fills first. Sunday is closed.
