Dermal Filler.
Volume put back where age took it, not added where it was never there. Cheeks, jawline, chin, nose-to-mouth lines and lips. Assessed as one face, in one sitting, by the person who will carry out the treatment.

What people come in for
Where It Actually Helps
01 / 06
Lips
Shape and proportion before volume. Filler can improve definition around the lip border, even up asymmetry and soften fine lines at the mouth. Treatment ranges from very subtle through to a more defined lip, and which of those you get is your decision, taken in the room.
02 / 06
Cheeks and Mid-Face
The mid-face is where volume goes first, and it is what makes everything below it start to drop. Support at the cheekbone lifts the whole lower face without touching it, which is why a cheek is often the answer to a complaint about a jawline.
03 / 06
Chin
The chin does more for a profile than anything else on this list. A small amount of projection can bring the chin, lips, nose and jawline into balance, and it is often what makes a lip result look right rather than done.
04 / 06
Jawline
Definition along the jaw, better symmetry, and a cleaner line between face and neck. Men and women want opposite things here, which is why it is planned on your own anatomy and never to a standard pattern.
05 / 06
Liquid Rhinoplasty
A non-surgical nose reshape: a dorsal bump softened, a contour evened, a profile straightened. This is the most specialised treatment here and it carries specific risks because of the blood vessels around the nose, so suitability is assessed carefully and honestly.
06 / 06
Forehead Creases
Creases that stay visible when your face is still. This area needs particular care because of the vessel anatomy, and filler is often not the right answer on its own. Sometimes skin treatment, or a combination, is better. You will be told which.

How it works
What Dermal Filler Actually Is
Dermal filler is a gel made from hyaluronic acid, a sugar your skin already makes and holds water with. Placed under the skin it does two jobs at once: it gives back structure that has been lost, and it draws water into the tissue around it, which is why skin over a well-placed filler looks better rather than simply fuller.
It is not permanent. That is a feature, not a compromise. A face at forty-five does not want what it wanted at thirty-five, and a treatment that fades lets the plan change with you. Depending on the area and how you metabolise it, results hold for six to eighteen months.
How a Treatment Is Planned
Nothing is decided from a photograph or a price list. At consultation Lindsay looks at how your face moves, where it has lost support, and what you actually notice in the mirror, which is very often not the same place. A hollow cheek shows up as a line by the mouth. A tired look is usually the eye socket, not the eyelid.
You are then told what would help, what would not, and what to leave alone. If the honest answer is that you do not need anything yet, that is what you will hear, and you will not be sold to on the way out.
One Face, Not a Menu
Faces are treated as a whole. Filling one area in isolation is how people end up looking treated rather than rested. The classic example is a lip that is correct on its own and wrong on the face it sits on. Where a plan needs more than one area it is staged over weeks, not stacked into one appointment.
What Is Used
A hyaluronic acid gel, chosen for the area being treated. A softer, more fluid gel for lips and fine lines, a firmer one where the job is structural, such as a jawline or a chin. Every product used is CE marked and kept sealed until you are in the room.
Afterwards
What Happens, and When
01 Straight after
You Will See the Result Immediately
The change is visible before you leave. Expect some swelling, and in some people a little bruising. Most noticeable around the mouth, least around the cheeks. You can drive, work and go out the same day.
02 Days 1 to 3
Swelling Peaks and Then Goes
This is when lips in particular look fuller than the final result. It is temporary and it is normal. Sleep with your head slightly raised, skip the gym and alcohol for the first 24 hours, and do not book anything important for the first 48.
03 Week 2
This Is Your Actual Result
By two weeks the filler has settled and integrated. This is the point at which the result is judged and, if anything needs adjusting, adjusted. You are asked to come back and be looked at, not to send a photograph.
04 Months 6 to 18
It Fades, and You Decide Again
Filler is broken down gradually by your body. Areas that move a lot, like lips, go first; structural areas like the chin and jawline last longest. Nothing lapses suddenly, and there is no point at which you are obliged to top up.
The question everybody asks
How Long It Actually Lasts
Six to eighteen months is the honest range, but it is not the same everywhere. Areas that move constantly metabolise filler faster than areas that hold structure, which is worth knowing before you decide where to start.
Before you decide
Is This Right for You?
Tick anything that sounds like you. Nothing is recorded, and nothing here is a diagnosis: it is the conversation you would have in the room, started early.

Questions People Ask
It varies a great deal by area, product, how much is used, your metabolism and your lifestyle. Lips and other areas that move a lot fade fastest; structural work on a chin or jawline lasts longest. Expected longevity for your plan is discussed at consultation rather than promised on a page.
Most people tolerate it well. Many products contain a local anaesthetic, and further comfort measures are available depending on the area being treated. Your comfort is discussed before anything starts.
Some swelling, redness, tenderness or bruising can happen. How much varies by person and by area. Lips swell the most and the most visibly. You are given aftercare advice for your specific treatment before you leave.
Some improvement is usually visible straight away, but the final result should only be judged once the initial swelling has settled. That takes several days, and longer in some areas.
Yes. Filler often forms part of a wider plan alongside skin boosters, microneedling, dermaplaning, a peel or treatment for lines and wrinkles. Any combination is planned with intervals that suit your skin, not squeezed into one appointment.
No. A full consultation and health history are completed first to establish whether it is appropriate for you, and there are people who are told it is not.
No. Every treatment here starts with a face-to-face consultation and you go away and think about it. That is how this clinic has always worked.
Treatments are for adults aged 18 and over, and photo ID is required at consultation.
