How this happened

Twenty-Eight Years, in Five Steps

  1. 1998

    The British Army

Trained and served in a healthcare-focused role as a Combat Medical Technician. Professionalism, discipline and responsibility, learned early, and kept.

  2. After service

    Raising a Family

The chapter that mattered most. The ambition to build something never went away. It just waited.

  3. Training

    Advanced Aesthetics

Qualified across a wide range of aesthetic and skin-rejuvenation procedures, with facial anatomy at the centre of all of it, because understanding a face comes before treating it.

  4. Luxe opens

    One Room, One Client

A private clinic built deliberately small: no waiting area, nobody else in the building, and the person who assesses you is the person who treats you.

  5. Now

    Still Learning

Regular further training, and a working rule that not every new trend is the right treatment for the person in the chair.

01From the British Army to Aesthetics

In 1998 I joined the British Army, where I trained and served in a healthcare-focused role as a Combat Medical Technician. That background gave me an early appreciation of professionalism, discipline, responsibility, and the importance of treating every individual with care and respect.

After my service, life moved into the chapter that mattered most, raising my family, but I always had an ambition to build something of my own.

Years later that ambition became Luxe Aesthetics Clinic. A private clinic where I could combine my interest in anatomy, aesthetics and skin rejuvenation with something I genuinely love, which is helping people get their confidence back.

02Why I Built It This Way

I wanted Luxe to be different. Aesthetics should not be about making everyone look the same, chasing whatever is on social media that month, or changing someone’s face beyond recognition.

It should be about you. My aim is to help women and men feel comfortable in their own skin. Whether that means subtly refreshing an appearance, addressing one thing that has quietly affected someone’s confidence for years, or simply improving the health and quality of their skin.

03Training, and Why Anatomy Comes First

I am fully qualified in Advanced Aesthetics, with training across a wide range of aesthetic and skin-rejuvenation procedures, and I have kept building on those qualifications throughout my career.

A deep understanding of facial anatomy is fundamental to the way I practise. Every face is different: bone structure, muscle, fat distribution, skin quality, proportion and the natural ageing process all have to be considered before deciding whether a treatment is even appropriate.

That is why I do not believe aesthetics is about placing a product into an area. It begins with assessment, consultation, and understanding the individual sitting in front of you.

04I Never Stop Learning

This field moves constantly. New techniques, research, products and technologies arrive all the time, which is why ongoing professional development matters so much to me. I take further training regularly and keep my knowledge current so that I can evaluate new treatments properly as they appear.

Not every new trend is the right treatment for my clients. My responsibility is to understand what I am using, why I am using it, and whether I believe it is appropriate for the person I am treating.

05Skin Rejuvenation Is My Passion

Luxe offers a range of advanced treatments, but skin rejuvenation is a particular passion of mine. Beautiful results do not always have to come from changing someone’s features.

Improving skin quality, hydration, texture, collagen, pigmentation and overall skin health can make an incredible difference to how refreshed someone looks and, more importantly, to how confident they feel.

06Professional, Qualified and Fully Insured

When someone chooses me as their practitioner, they are placing an enormous amount of trust in me, and I do not take that lightly. I am professionally trained, qualified and fully insured, and consultation, client safety, informed consent, realistic expectations and proper aftercare are central to how I work.

Being a good practitioner is not simply about carrying out the treatment. It is about being there before, during and after it.

07Confidence, Not Perfection

One of the greatest rewards of running this clinic is watching someone’s confidence come back. I do not believe aesthetics should be about perfection.

Sometimes a client simply wants to look a little less tired. Another wants to improve their skin. Someone else has lived with a scar or a feature that has affected their confidence for years. Whatever brings you through my door, I will listen to you first.

I want to play my part in making this industry safer, more professional, better educated and built around the individual client rather than the trend.

I am proud of what I have built here, and I look forward to welcoming you personally.
