Lindsay Standen joined the British Army in 1998 and trained as a Combat Medical Technician. Aesthetics came later, after raising a family, and the route through it was anatomy first: bone structure, muscle, fat distribution, skin quality and proportion, before any question of a treatment.

That shows up as caution. A hollow cheek often presents as a line by the mouth, and a tired look is usually the eye socket rather than the eyelid, so treating the spot that bothers you is frequently the wrong move. Working out which is which is the job, and it is why nobody is treated at a first appointment.

Prices, in full, before you come

The whole list is published. Forehead crease filler starts at 85 pounds per millilitre, chin filler at 95, lip filler at 100, cheek and mid-face at 125, jawline at 135, liquid rhinoplasty at 195 and a PDO thread lift at 275. Dermaplaning with microneedling is 90 and the 5-point skin booster is 175.

Booking from Maidstone

Thursday runs until 9pm, which suits most people coming from town after work, and Saturdays fill early. Other opening days are 9am to 6pm and Sunday is closed. You park outside the door and there is no waiting room to sit in, so arriving a few minutes before is genuinely enough.

Budget for two visits rather than one. The consultation and the treatment are deliberately separate appointments with time in between.
