Nobody is treated at a first appointment. The consultation and the treatment are separate visits on purpose, with time in between to think, because most disappointing results come from a plan nobody properly discussed rather than from poor technique.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday are 9am to 6pm, Thursday runs until 9pm, and Sunday is closed. Lindsay keeps the diary herself, so you are not booking into a system that has overbooked her.

Bring photo ID, which is required, and a list of anything you take regularly. Mention any dates coming up, because a holiday or a wedding changes the timing of what is sensible.
